Sean C. Miller

Mr. Miller approaches each case by becoming personally invested in his clients’ goals. He listens mindfully, seeking first to understand his clients’ needs and then executing the strategies that will bring the results they deserve. Mr. Miller practices with the confidence gained through multiple trials, arbitrations and mediations at both the state and federal level. He has successfully litigated numerous multimillion-dollar cases throughout Utah and Idaho, diligently representing his clients in cases involving medical malpractice defense, industrial accidents, railroad disasters and trucking accidents. He has a passion for the courtroom and understands the importance of preparing every case for trial. 


Mr. Miller graduated magna cum laude from the University of Utah. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and all state and federal courts in Utah and Idaho. He is experienced in litigating all kinds of personal injury cases including:

Mr. Miller is a proud Utah native and enjoys all of the outdoor activities the state has to offer. He has been an active musician in the local music scene for over 20 years recording six albums with three different bands.
