Mr. Cunningham received his JD from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. During law school, he was a Note and Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review, a Quinney Fellow, a teaching assistant for the academic support program, and a member of the school’s Transactional LawMeet Team. Additionally, he worked as an honors intern for the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and served as a student director of the Street Law Pro Bono Legal Clinic.
Mr. Cunningham has experience in healthcare litigation and regulatory compliance, business litigation, construction litigation, commercial transportation, motor vehicle accidents, and insurance bad faith.
