A proud graduate of the University of Utah, Baylei Harmon earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 2024 and joined Nelson Naegle as a Legal Assistant in 2025. Her connection to the firm began fall of 2023, when she interned with the team and discovered her passion for the legal profession. Baylei works closely with attorneys and clients to support a variety of cases, ensuring each matter is handled with accuracy and care. Known for her organizational skills and proactive approach, she strives to create a smooth and positive experience for clients throughout their legal process.

Her academic background in criminology has given her a unique perspective on the justice system, reinforcing her passion for supporting individuals and families through complex legal challenges. She plans to continue building her career in the legal field and hopes to further develop her expertise in criminal and civil law.

Outside of work, Baylei enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crocheting. She values creativity, connection, and lifelong learning—qualities that she brings to both her professional and personal life.
