With more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, Ellen Harmon brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her role as a Legal Assistant at Nelson Naegle. A graduate of Salt Lake Community College, she earned her Associate of Science degree in 1997 and has since worked in a variety of practice areas, gaining exposure to many aspects of the law.

Her approach to her work is grounded in professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to continuous learning. Ellen believes that there is always more to discover—both inside and outside the office—and she enjoys developing her knowledge to better serve clients and colleagues alike. Known for being client-focused and highly organized, she takes pride in helping ensure that every client receives the care and attention they deserve.

When she’s not at work, Ellen enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She loves the outdoors but happily trades hiking boots for cozy socks when the weather turns cold, filling her time with baking, reading, and creating “honey-do” lists for her husband. A devoted hummingbird enthusiast, she finds joy in watching and learning about these remarkable little creatures.
