Mr. Naegle graduated from J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1986. Mr. Naegle specializes in litigation and, for the past 20 years, has defended medical professionals and medical facilities in medical malpractice actions. Prior to that, Mr. Naegle defended insured in both private and commercial line policy actions. Mr. Naegle has also represented injured parties in actions against insurance companies.

During his 34 years of practice, Mr. Naegle has taken over fifty cases to jury trials and has argued before the Utah Supreme Court over a dozen times. At Nelson Naegle, Mr. Naegle continues to represent medical professionals and medical facilities in malpractice actions.
