Kristina H. Ruedas
Ms. Ruedas is an accomplished trial lawyer who focuses on representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation. She also assists clients in navigating the complex immigration law landscape. Her clients are diverse and include trucking companies, health care practitioners, small businesses, and individuals. She has represented clients in jury and bench trials in state and federal court, as well as before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
Ms. Ruedas has experience with civil and criminal appeals before the United States Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, Utah Supreme Court, and Utah Court of Appeals. She is admitted to practice in Utah's state and federal courts.
